摘要
在港口安全评估中建立影响安全的层次结构模型 ,并利用层次分析法 (AHP)对其进行分析 ,得出各个因素对安全的影响系数 (权重 ) ,再运用模糊综合评判理论 ,对港口安全体系进行综合评判 。
A hierarchy structure model is established in the assessment of harbour safety. when the model is analyzed by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP),the influencing coefficients(weighted coefficient)of factors influencing the harbour safety are obtained. then, apply the comprehensive judgement theory to give a comprehensive judgement of the harbour safety system, and make a scientific and reasonable assessment of the harbour safety.
