化烫头发蛋白质丢失的测定及护发香波对其修护的作用 被引量:12

摘要 利用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)观察和考马斯 (Comassie)亮兰法测定蛋白质丢失量 ,研究了烫发前后及用不同护发香波处理后头发表面形态变化与头发的蛋白质丢失情况。实验以烫一次头发为烫发损伤模型。结果表明 ,含有阳离子纤维素 (Polyquaternium -10 )、阳离子瓜尔胶、二甲基硅氧烷乳液的香波D对烫一次头发有明显的修护作用。表现为用香波D后 ,头发表面形态、蛋白质丢失程度与未烫发相似。 A sensitive method to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate chemical perm da mage to human hair has been developed.The method involves quantitatively measuri ng the amount of protein using comassie method,and qualitatively examining the h air fiber topography using scanning electron microscory.The results showed that one-cycle perm hair is suitable to evaluated the effects of different shampoo an d conditions on the damaged hair.In this experiment,four shampoos are compared i n restoration perm damaged hair,and the efficiency of shampoo D containing polyqu aternium-10,guar gum,dimethicone on the damaged hair is the highest among the shampoo tests.
