摘要
对某型发动机I级涡轮转子叶片的振动特性进行了较深入的研究 ,并分析了它在发动机常用工作转速下发生共振的可能性 ;对该机原型叶片的振动特性和激振力特性进行了理论分析 ,计算中考虑了温度场和离心力的影响 ,使计算结果更接近实际情况 ;同时还做了叶片静频和振动应力分布试验。通过理论计算和试验测试结果分析表明 :所用的分析方法可行有效 ,试验和计算结果具有一定程度的可信性。
Vibration characteristics of 1st stage turbine rotor blade of engine has been studied thoroughly to analyze possibility of resonance vibration at normal engine speed. Theoretical analysis has been made on the vibration and exciting force characteristics of original blade. Effects of temperature field and centrifugal force have been considered in the calculation to obtain a more realistic result. Also, static frequency and vibration stress distribution tests have been carried out. The theoretic calculation and test results indicate that the analysis method is applicable and the results are convincible.
