摘要
利用达西定律分析了混纤纱结构对基体浸渍性能的影响 ,并分析了增强纤维 /热塑性纤维并列纱、理想混纤纱、一般混纤纱的基体浸渍特征 ,增强纤维的膨松以及增强纤维 /热塑性纤维的良好混合度有利于基体的浸渍 。
Effect of yarn structure on impregnating properties is analyzed by using Dacrys law, and impregnating behavior of yarn with various structures(uncommingled yarn of reinforcing fiber/thermoplastic fiber, ideal commingled yarn, commingled yarn) is studied.Fluffiness of reinforcing fiber bundle and good mixing of reinforcing fibers/thermoplastic fibers may improve matrix impregnating properties and mechanical properties of composites.
