摘要
采用基于火焰图象处理的炉膛辐射能信号检测系统对湘潭电厂300 MW燃煤机组进行了现场检测,并对机组进行了锅炉燃料量扰动和汽机调门开度扰动的开环试验,获得机组的动态特性。在此基础上,采用炉膛辐射能信号代替机组原有的热量信号,对入炉燃料量进行反馈控制,试验结果表明,该控制方案不仅可以有效克服燃料量内扰和负荷外扰对主汽压力的影响,维持主汽压力的稳定,还可以提高锅炉效率,降低NO_x的生成。
A field test has been done on the 300 MW coal-fired unit at Xiangtan power plant by using the furnace radiant energy signal detection system based on the flame image processing. The unit dynamic characteristics were obtained by the open loop experiments of the fuel disturbance and the load disturbance. Respectively the furnace radiant energy signal, is put into the combustion control system instead of the heat release signal, and to control the fuel flow. The experiment results show that the new control method is not only able to overcome efficiently the fuel and load disturbance to maintain the main steam pressure stability, but also can improve the boiler efficiency and decrease the NOx emission.
