燃气水加热器用翅片管换热器传热特性的实验 被引量:1

Experimental Study on Heat Transfer for Plane Finned-Tube Heat Exchanger Used in Gas-Firing Water Heater

摘要 研究了 3种管子与 4种管排 ( N=1 ,2 ,3,4)及 1 0种管排间距的平直翅片管换热器试件在燃气水加热器中的换热特性 .在该类换热器常用的雷诺数 ( Re=1 80~ 40 0 )范围内 ,考虑了包括翅片间距、翅片高度、管排横纵向间距等因素对平直翅片管换热器的影响 ,给出了平直翅片管换热器在该类水加热器中应用的可靠度在 95 %以上的换热关联式 .得出了 Re、翅片间距、管排数对换热的影响规律 .在 Re=1 80~ 40 0 ,N u与 Re基本呈线性关系 ;在 N>3后 ,管束的换热性能差异较小 .为这种换热器的设计。 The four gas-side heat transfer correlations including the effects of the fin pitch, fin height and the cross and longitudinal offsets were researched with respect to the tube rows in the Reynolds number range commonly encountered in this type of water heater. The reliability of the correlations is above 95%. The influences of the Re number, the fin pitch and the tube rows on heat transfer were also reached. At Re=180-400, the Nu number is approximately linear to the Re number. When the tube row number is greater than 3, the heat transfer difference of the tube banks is small. These correlations can be used in the design and optimization of gas-firing water heater.
