常规300系列不锈钢缠绕垫光谱分析要依次检验依波长λ_(Mn)473.9nm→λ_(Cr)492.228 nm→λ_(Ti)499.95nm→λ_(Ni)503.54nm→λ_(Mo)603.06nm顺序进行光谱线强度评定,需要转换鼓轮5次以上,在同一激发点的时间要达到5min以上。引入540~570区间,λ_(Cr)562.5nm、λ_(Mn)551.68 nm、λ_(Ni)547.69nm、λ_(Mo)553.31nm、λ_(Ti)551.25nm在同一激发点只要10~15s时间即可完成缠绕垫的检测,实现“一目了然”的操作,即观察一眼就可确定316、321、304的材质牌号。优点:快速、无损、准确。
The spectrum inspection on stainless steel 300 should be done in turns of λCr 492.228 nmλNi 503.51 nm、 λMo 603.06 nm、λTi 499.95 nm、λMn 473.91 nm and their elements. Hand wheel should be adjusted for five times separately, and it needs five minutes.It takes only 10-15 seconds for λCr 562.5 nm、λMn 551.68 nm、λNi 547.69 nm、λMo 553.31 nm、λTi 551.25 nm to be in the same excited point when space interval of 540 - 570 nm is used. So everything is clear in a glance. To use eliminate method to distinct the material 321,304 and 316 is very quickly and right.
