摘要
目的:探讨独活寄生汤联合碳酸钙D_3治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:将100例原发性骨质疏松症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。观察组给予独活寄生汤联合碳酸钙D_3治疗,对照组单纯口服碳酸钙D_3。两组治疗3个月后观察疼痛控制情况及进行骨密度检测。结果:观察组总有效率为92.0%,明显高于对照组的66.0%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后腰椎骨密度较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.01),观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤联合碳酸钙D_3治疗原发性骨质疏松症具有较好的疗效。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with calcium carbonate D3 in treatingprimary osteoporosis. Methods: 100 patients with primary osteoporosis were randomly divided into the observation group and the controlgroup, with 50 cases in each group; the control group received oral administration of calcium carbonate D3 while the observation groupreceived Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with calcium carbonate D3. Pain control was observed and bone density of two groups wasdetected 3 months after the treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.0%, which was significantly higherthan that of the control group, 66.0% (P<0.05). The lumbar bone mineral density of two groups improved significantly compared with thatbefore the treatment (P<0.01), the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with calcium carbonate D3 had good therapeutic effect in treating primary osteoporosis.
