摘要
本综述通过介绍老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)的诊断、治疗以及经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗OVCF的适应证和禁忌证,分析了PKP治疗OVCF的原理和效果,介绍了PKP需要的椎体成形材料。
This review described the diagnosis, treatment, indications and contraindications of percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) for senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF), and analysis of the principle and efficacy of PKP in treating OVCF were done, and corresponding vertebroplasty forming material was introduced.
