超声与神经刺激仪引导下连续股神经阻滞在全膝关节置换术后镇痛效果比较 被引量:7

摘要 目的比较超声与神经刺激仪引导下连续股神经阻滞在全膝关节置换术(TKA)后镇痛的效果。方法选取2014年6月至2015年12月该院收治的单侧TKA患者90例,采用随机数表法分为超声组和神经刺激仪组各45例。超声组行超声引导下穿刺置管,神经刺激仪组行神经刺激仪引导下穿刺置管。比较两组阻滞操作时间、麻醉起效时间,术后2、4、8、12、24小时静息状态下的视觉模拟评分(VAS)值及并发症情况。结果超声组阻滞操作时间、麻醉起效时间均明显短于神经刺激仪组,术后各时间点VAS值和并发症发生率明显低于神经刺激仪组,差异有统计学意义。结论超声引导下连续股神经阻滞在TKA后镇痛中效果较神经刺激仪好,可缩短操作时间,起效迅速,镇痛效果好,且并发症少。
