摘要
肝硬化合并上消化道出血病情较为危急,往往出血量较大,若得不到及时、有效的救治,可导致死亡,随着医疗技术的不断发展,临床上已有多种治疗方法,临床疗效也有了较大提高。本研究对近年来肝硬化合并上消化道出血的治疗方法进行总结,探讨各种治疗方法的临床治疗优势,以期在遇到危急症时能更准确、有效地采取治疗措施以挽救患者生命。
The situation of patient with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper digestive tract hemorrhage is usually very critical,also with larg bleeding amount.It can lead to death if the treatment not be given timely and effectivly.With the development ofmedical technology,a variety of treatment methods continue to emerge in clinical,and the clinical efficacy also improved greatly.Inthis research,we summarized the treatment methods on cirrhosis combined with upper digestive tract hemorrhage in recent years,to explore the clinical advantages of various treatment methods,in order to provide more accurately and effectively treatmentmeasures on critical cases,to save the lives of patients.
