摘要 非致命激光武器是采用低能激光使目标暂时丧失战斗力的一种战术武器,通过对影响非致命激光武器综合效能关键因素的分析,建立了非致命激光武器的综合效能评价核心指标体系,提出了非致命激光武器综合效能的评估方法,采用最优传递矩阵改进层次分析方法确定各指标的相对权重,运用灰色层次分析法对非致命激光武器的综合效能进行了评估,为非致命激光武器的研发和实际应用提供了理论支持。 Non-lethal laser weapons is a kind of tactical weapon which uses low energy laser tomake the target temporarily lost,through analyzing of the factors affecting the comprehensiveeffectiveness of non-lethal laser weapon,the core index evaluation system on the efficiency of nonlethallaser weapons is set up and the evaluation method of non-lethal laser weapons is put forward inthis paper. The relative weight of each index is determined by the improved AHP using the optimizedmatrix transfer and the comprehensive effectiveness of non-lethal laser weapon is evaluated based ongrey AHP,which provides the oretical support for the development and application of non-lethal laserenergy.
