摘要
目的:免疫组织化学技术常用于病理诊断,是评估肿瘤等疾病临床治疗方法与预后的重要依据。本文从原理、应用缺陷、在临床病理诊断中的应用及应用的标准分析四个方面阐述免疫组织化学技术。
Immunohistochemical techniques were commonly applied in pathological diagnosis,which was an important basis for evaluating the clinical treatment and prognosis of tumors.This paper stated the immunohistochemical technique from four aspects,including the principle,the defects of application,the application in clinical pathological diagnosis and the standard analysis of application.
