摘要
本文分析传统钢管打头系列设备,结合PLC控制,提出一种基于液压气动传动并由FX2N48MR-001型PLC为控制核心的打头机液压气动系统控制方案。该方案利用易学易用的PLC控制电磁铁的得失电,从而控制整个系统的传动与动作。经实践证明,该系统可以为实现Φ40钢管热穿孔自动打头要求提供一种可能。
For the individual firm, the degree of automation has very important significance. It could change and drastically improve product safety, hire fewer employees, improve the enterprise’s profit-make capability and economic benefit and also could impress their customers. After analyzed the traditional head equipment and use PLC controller, we propose a head machine’s hydraulic and pneumatic control scheme based on hydraulic and pneumatic transmission and take the FX2N48MR-001 PLC as the centre. This control scheme use easy control program, which can control electromagnet the gain and loss of electricity. In order to control the transmission and action of the whole system. The practice shows that the method is reasonable and possible and can meet the needs of manufacture of Φ40 Steel Pipe.
