摘要
目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病的有效治疗方法。方法:收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗有效率、VC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、MMEF、PEF均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effective treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:70 patients withchronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given conventional treatment.The observation group added salmeterol fluticasone powder inhalant on thebasis of conventional treatment.We compared the clinical effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,thetreatment efficiency,VC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC MMEF,PEF were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effectof salmeterol fluticasone powder inhalant in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was significant.
