摘要
本文介绍了预应力钢丝缠绕的框架式技术在我国深海压力试验装置中的首次运用。中科院深海科学与工程研究所与四川航空工业川西机器有限责任公司利用该技术成功研制了一套200MPa中型超高压试验装置,该装置为国内相关科研机构研制的钛合金载人球舱缩比件、浮力材料及无人潜水器开展了相关的压力测试,取得了良好的运用效果,表明预应力钢丝缠绕的框架式技术相比传统的一体式压力筒在大容积、超高压装备研制方面具有明显的技术优势。
This paper introduces the first application of the technology of pre-stressed steel wire-winding frame in constructing hydrostatic pressure testing equipment for the environment simulation of deep-sea. In December2015, a 200 MPa medium size ultrahigh pressure cylinder (0.8 m in diameter, 2.5 m in height) was testedexperimentally, and the technical indicators met the requirements, which was operated by institute of deep-seascience and engineering, CAS and Sichuan aerospace industry Chuanxi machine Co., Ltd. Then it provided fullocean depth pressure testing support for scaled model of titanium alloy personnel hull, buoyancy material and unmannedunderwater vehicle. The results of all the experiments show that the technology of pre-stressed steelwire-winding frame has apparent advantages in constructing large volume and ultrahigh pressure testing equipment compared with traditional technology.
