摘要
砂轮是磨床上广泛应用的一种磨具,频繁的使用使砂轮的轮廓表面和形状出现较大偏差,影响工件和刀具等的磨削质量。利用设计制作的砂轮修整器可很快修复磨损的砂轮,提高砂轮修整效率,提高工件和刀具的加工精度和加工质量。
Grinding wheel is a kind of grinding tool grindingmachine is used widely, frequent use makes the grinding wheel surfaceand shape of the outline of a larger deviation, affect the quality of theworkpiece and cutting tool grinding. Using the design of the grindingwheel finisher the wear of the grinding wheel can be quickly repair,improve the efficiency of grinding wheel dressing, improve themachining precision of workpiece and cutting tool and machining quality.
