摘要
本文研究了施用海藻肥的试验苗和不施海藻肥的对照苗对低温胁迫的反应。结果表明,黄瓜试验苗叶片抗低温效果明显高于对照苗。在5℃低温胁迫下,试验苗叶片相对含水量、叶绿素含量、呼吸强度和气孔阻力均显著高于对照苗,而叶片蒸腾强度低于对照苗。试验苗叶片较强的保水力和较高的能量代谢水平是较对照苗抗冷的重要原因。
In this paper, the response of the experiment seedlings using seaweed fertilizer to low temperature stress was studied. The results showed that the resistance to low temperature of cucumber seedlings was significantly higher than that of CK. Under low temperature stress at 5益, the relative water content, chlorophyll content, respiration rate and stomatal resistance of seedlings were significantly higher than that of the control seedlings, while the transpiration intensity of leaves was lower than that of the control seedlings. The strong water retention and higher energy metabolism of the seedlings were the important reasons for the cold resistance of the seedlings.
