摘要
目的:通过调查研究我国医疗机构药学服务门诊开展情况,了解我国药学门诊运行现状和面临的挑战,分析药学门诊服务发展的机遇与挑战,提出促进医院药学服务发展的建议。方法:以文献检索获取我国医疗机构开展药学门诊的信息;以问卷调查法对全国关注药学工具网"合理用药百科"微信公众号的用户进行问卷调查,收集药学门诊信息。查询相关医院的官方联系方式,并通过电话对提交的问卷内容进行确认。调查结果采用Excel 2007软件进行汇总。结果:共调查全国108家医院,电话接通率为100%,19.5%(21家)医院开立药学服务门诊;37.0%(40家)表示无药学收费服务或药学咨询门诊;43.5%(47家)医院设有门诊药学咨询窗口。结论:目前我国各地均开展有不同形式的门诊药学服务,三级甲等医院开展的水平较高,个别医院的门诊药学服务可收取相应的费用。从全国来看,门诊药学服务的范围有待普及,水平有待提高,对药师提供的专业技术服务需要有相应的收费来补偿,医疗机构以及国家医保对药学服务的投入需要增加,以发挥药师在合理用药中应有的作用,更好地利用有限的医疗资源保障人民健康。
Objective: Through the investigation on pharmacy outpatient services in China, this manuscript aims to understand the present situation and challenge of pharmacy outpatient quo, analyze the conditions and obstacles for the development of Pharmacy outpatient service, and make recommendations for promoting the development of hospital pharmacy services. Methods: Through literature search to obtain outpatient pharmacy information and questionnaire on national pharmacy network "rational use of Wikipedia" app users, public surveys, collection of Pharmacy outpatient information. Query-related hospital official contact, and questionnaires submitted by telephone to verify the content. Results: Excel 2007 software was used for data calculation and statistical analysis. Among the 108 hospitals nationwide involved, telephone connect rate is 100%, 19.5%(21)have feefor-service of Pharmacy counseling; 43.5%(47)hospitals have outpatient pharmacy consultation counter; and drug advisory services are not availablein 37.0%(40)hospitals. Conclusions: The pharmaceutical services values need to be popular, people's awareness of drug safety needs to be improved.Medical institutions as well as national health care pharmaceutical services investment needs to be increased.
