摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对甲亢合并糖尿病患者治疗效果的影响。方法:收治甲亢合并糖尿病患者84例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组42例。对照组给予常规护理方法,试验组在对照组的基础上给予护理干预方法。结果:两组患者干预后得分情况明显优于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于甲亢合并糖尿病患者采用有效护理干预,可以增强患者自我管理效能感,减轻患者的症状体验,有利于提高患者的生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the treatment effect of hyperthyroidism patients combinedwith diabetes.Methods:84hyperthyroidism patients combined with diabetes were selected.They were randomly divided into theexperimental group and the control group with42cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing method.Theexperimental group was given nursing intervention method on the basis of the control group.Results:The scores after interventionof two groups were significantly better than those before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effective nursing intervention for patients with hyperthyroidism combined with diabetes can enhanceself-management efficacy of patients,and also alleviate the symptoms experience of patients,which is conducive to improve thelife quality of patients.
