摘要
目的:探究中西医结合治疗反复发作癔症性精神障碍的效果。方法:选择2012年3月-2015年3月期间在洞口县中医医院及邵阳市脑科医院接受治疗的154例反复发作癔症性精神障碍患者,应用随机数字双盲法进行分组,77例患者进行常规西药治疗,作为对照组;77例患者采用中西医结合疗法,作为观察组。随访观察1年,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效及康复情况。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为89.61%,显著高于对照组的67.53%,P<0.05。观察组患者的社会康复率为92.21%,显著高于对照组的53.25%,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合用于反复发作癔症性精神障碍的治疗,获得了理想的疗效,且社会康复率较好,有效改善了患者的生活质量,远期效果稳定,可在临床中积极推广应用。
Objective: To explore efficacy of the integrative medicine on recurrent hysterical mental disorders. Methods: 154 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 77 patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine; and the other were treated in the integrative medicine. Results: The total efficiency was 89.61% in the observation group, better than 67.53% in the control group, P <0.05. The social rehabilitation rate in the observation group was 92.21%, higher than 53.25% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The integrative medicine was effective on recurrent hysterical mental disorders, can effectively improve the quality of life, with long-term effects, and is worthy of application.
