摘要
目的:观察自制手法整复治疗床治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:进入临床路径管理下,使用自制手法整复治疗床进行拉压复位手法治疗。结果:600例腰椎间盘突出症患者,痊愈492例,占82.0%;显效79例,占13.2%;好转20例,占3.3%;无效9例,占1.5%。结论:临床路径管理下使用自制手法整复治疗床治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全可靠,疗效提高。
Objective:To study clinical effects of manipulative reduction on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods: By clinical path management, manipulative reduction were applied. Results: In 600 patients, 492 cases were cured, accounting for 82.0%; 79 cases (13.2%) were markedly improved, improved in 20 cases (3.3%), invalid in 9 cases, for 1.5%. Conclusion: By the clinical pathway management, manipulative reduction is safe and reliable for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
