摘要
本文以佛手瓜为原料,采用响应面法优化超声辅助提取佛手瓜多糖。在单因素试验基础上,运用Box-Behnken中心组合实验和响应面法考察了液料比、超声功率、超声温度、超声时间四个因素对佛手瓜多糖得率的影响,并优化了提取工艺。结果表明最佳的工艺条件为:液料比30 m L·g^(-1)、超声功率245 W、超声温度65℃,超声40 min。在此条件下佛手瓜多糖得率的预测值为3.319%,验证实验值为3.288%,其相对误差为0.934%。
The ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions of Polysaccharides from Sechium edule(Jacq.)Swartz were optimized by response surface methodology.Based on the single-factor experiments,the effects of four variables on Polysaccharides yield and the optimum process were evaluated by Box-Behnken central composite experimental design and response surface methodology analysis.The results showed the optimum conditions were the ratio of liquid-to-material30mL·g-1,ultrasonic power245W,ultrasonic temperature65℃,ultrasonic time40min,under these optimized conditions the yield of polysaccharides could be up to3.288%and the relative error was0.934%.
