摘要
目的:探讨个性化护理对高血压合并慢性心功能不全患者预后的影响。方法:收治高血压合并慢性心功能不全患者68例,按随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予个性化护理。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的平均舒张压与平均收缩压均低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于高血压合并慢性心功能不全的患者,采用个性化护理,可以提高疗效,有利于稳定血压,提高心功能,改善预后,提高患者生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of individualized nursing on the prognosis of patients with hypertension complicated with chronic cardiac insufficiency.Methods:68hypertensive patients complicated with chronic cardiac insufficiency were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given the routine treatment and nursing.The observation group were given personalized nursing based on the control group.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The mean diastolic blood pressure and mean systolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and LVEF was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For hypertension patients complicated with chronic cardiac insufficiency,the personalized care can improve the curative effect,help to stabilize blood pressure,improve heart function,improve prognosis,improve the quality of life of patients.
