摘要
目的:探讨经阴道手术治疗剖宫产子宫瘢痕憩室的临床疗效。方法:收治剖宫产子宫瘢痕憩室患者80例,分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用宫腔镜治疗,观察组采用经阴道手术治疗。比较两组患者围手术期情况、治疗效果以及6个月后复发率。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量均多于对照组(P<0.05);两组的住院时间、并发症发生率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道手术治疗剖宫产子宫瘢痕憩室临床效果好,复发率低,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of transvaginal surgery in the treatment of cesarean uterine scar diverticulum.Methods:80 patients with cesarean uterine scar diverticulum were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each.The patients in the control group were treated with hysteroscopy.The patients in the observation group were treated with transvaginal surgery.The perioperative period situation,treatment effect and recurre ncerate after 6 months were compared between groups.Results:After treatment,the operative time,intraoperative blood loss of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization times,complication rates of two groups had no obvious difference(P>0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal surgery in the treatment of cesarean uterine scar diverticulum has a good clinical effect,and the recurrence rate is low.It is worthy of promotion.
