摘要
目的:探讨产科护理中潜在的不安全因素及防范措施。方法:收集100例孕妇资料,对其不安全因素进行分析。结果:产妇护理过程中存在的不安全因素主要包括医院因素、对护理人员的管理因素、产妇的个人因素等。结论:在产科对于产妇的护理过程中,明显存在一些不安全的因素,医院应该加强对护理人员职业能力和综合素质的培养,设置比较完善的紧急预案与问题对策,提高护理质量。
Objective:To explore the potential unsafe factors and preventive measures in obstetric nursing.Methods:The data of 100 pregnant women were collected,then unsafe factors in obstetric nursing were analyzed.Results:The insecurity factors in the process of maternal nursing mainly include hospital factors,the management factors of nursing staff,and the personal factors of the puerpera.Conclusion:In the obstetric nursing process for pregnant women,there are some obvious factors of insecurity.The hospital should strengthen the training for nursing staff occupation ability and comprehensive quality,set up countermeasures of emergency and problems relatively perfect,in order to improve the quality of nursing care.
