摘要
目的观察针刺双侧蝶腭神经节治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将变应性鼻炎患者随机分为双侧组、单侧组、对照组,每组35例。至研究结束时,双侧组、单侧组、对照组分别脱落5、3、2例,均剔除。双侧组同时针刺双侧蝶腭神经节,单侧组针刺单侧蝶腭神经节(两侧交替),每周1次,治疗4周;对照组取迎香、鼻通、印堂、合谷,常规针刺,每周2次,治疗4周。观察3组治疗前后鼻炎症状量表和鼻结膜炎生活质量量表评分,评价临床疗效并记录不良反应情况。结果双侧组、单侧组、对照组总有效率分别为93.33%(28/30)、90.63%(29/32)、72.73%(24/33),双侧组和单侧组疗效优于对照组(χ2=19.507,P=0.001),双侧组与单侧组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组均能缓解鼻炎症状、改善生活质量(P<0.05),双侧组和单侧组优于对照组(P<0.05),双侧组与单侧组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。仅单侧组出现皮下血肿1例。结论针刺蝶腭神经节治疗变应性鼻炎疗效显著,双侧同时治疗和单侧交替治疗疗效未见明显差异。
Objective To obsevre the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at bilateral sphenopalatine ganglions intreating allergic rhinitis.Methods Patients with allergic rhinitis were selected,and then were randomly divided into bilateral group,unilateral group,and control group,with35cases in each group.By the end of the study,5cases of bilateral group,3cases of unilateral group,and2cases of control group were removed.The bilateral sphenopalatine ganglions were acupunctured simultaneously in bilateral group,and the unilateral sphenopalatine ganglion was treated by acupuncture in unilateral group,once a week,for4weeks.The control group received routine acupuncture onYingxiang(LI20),Bitong(EX-HN8),Yintang(EX-HN3),and Hegu(LI4),twice a week,for4weeks.Rhinitis symptom scale and life quality of nasal conjunctival scale score before and after treatment in the three groups were observed.The clinical efficacy was evaluated and the adverse reactions were recorded.Results The total effective rates of bilateral group,unilateral group and control group were93.33%(28/30),90.63%(29/32)and72.73%(24/33),respectively,and the bilateral group and unilateral group were better than the control group(χ2=19.507,P=0.001),without statistical significance between bilateral group and unilateral group(P>0.05).Rhinitis symptoms and life quality were improved in the three groups(P<0.05),and the bilateral group and unilateral group were better than the control group(P<0.05),without statistical significance between bilateral group and unilateral group(P>0.05).Only1case of subcutaneous hematoma showed in unilateral group.Conclusion Acupuncture at sphenopalatine ganglions hasconfirmed efficacy,and there is no difference in the efficacy between acupuncture on bilateral sphenopalatine ganglions and unilateral sphenopalatine ganglion.
