摘要
针对广东新华粤石化股份有限公司利用乙烯裂解C_9塔底油无法生产出合格石油树脂的问题,文中研究了采用催化聚合工艺生产C_9石油树脂。探讨了不同催化剂、添加量、反应时间和聚合温度对反应的影响。应用催化剂AlCl_3-乙醚络合物,在聚合温度60℃,催化剂用量0.8%,反应时间3 h下催化聚合,生产出合格的产品。
Aiming at the problem that Guangdong Xinhuayue Petrochemical Incorporated Company could not produce qualified petroleum resin using C9tower bottom oil from ethylene cracking plant,this paper researched the application of catalytic polymerization process for production of C9petroleum resin,and discussed the influence of different catalysts,addition quantity,reaction time and polymerization temperature on reaction.AlCl3-etherate as the catalyst was used for polymerization under the temperature of60℃,catalyst dosage of0.8%and reaction time of3h,qualified product was produced.
