摘要
"3+4"衔接人才培养模式突破传统中高职职业教育的壁垒,将职业教育与应用型本科人才培养相融合,推进高端技术技能人才的系统化培养,切合中国制造2025的人才需求。本文以面向中国制造2025人才特征为视角,从人才培养标准、能力素质结构、创新实践能力和职业导向等方面,分析"3+4"模式面临的新要求和新挑战。并结合"3+4"衔接人才培养过程中积累的成果和经验,归纳"3+4"模式重构的原则,探析新形势下"3+4"模式改革创新的策略。
"3+4"training pattern breaks the barriers of traditional higher and middle vocational education,integrating vocational education with applied undergraduate talents training and promoting the systematic cultivation of technical talents,which meets the require of2025China Manufacturing.In the perspective of facing the Chinese manufacturing2025talent characteristics,this paper analyses the new requirements and new challenges occurred to the"3+4"modelin terms of talent training standards,ability and quality structure,innovation ability and career orientation.Combining the results and experiences in the process of talents training and summarizing the principles model reconstruction,the innovations and strategies are explored on"3+4"moda reform.
