摘要
目的观察疏血通注射液对脑梗死患者脑血流动力学指标的影响作用。方法 60例脑梗死患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者采用常规方法治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上加疏血通注射液治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后不同时间点的双侧大脑中动脉血流动力学指标。结果治疗前两组患者的双侧大脑中动脉血流动力学指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1周,对照组左侧大脑中动脉血流动力学收缩期峰值流速(Vmax)、平均流速(Vmean)及阻力指数(PI)分别为(80.15±5.45)cm/s、(53.13±4.54)cm/s及(0.91±0.03),观察组的Vmax、Vmean及PI分别为(85.34±5.73)cm/s、(57.72±4.99)cm/s及(0.82±0.02)。治疗后2周,对照组左侧大脑中动脉血流动力学的Vmax、Vmean及PI分别为(83.72±5.43)cm/s、(55.62±4.68)cm/s及(0.89±0.03),观察组的Vmax、Vmean及PI分别为(89.94±6.10)cm/s、(60.73±5.18)cm/s及(0.78±0.02)。治疗后1周与2周观察组左侧大脑中动脉血流动力学指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1周,对照组右侧大脑中动脉血流动力学指标Vmax、Vmean及PI分别为(82.24±5.46)cm/s、(53.43±4.42)cm/s及(0.90±0.05),观察组的Vmax、Vmean及PI分别为(86.76±5.78)cm/s、(57.84±4.80)cm/s及(0.80±0.04)。治疗后2周,对照组的右侧大脑中动脉血流动力学指标Vmax、Vmean及PI分别为(84.78±5.66)cm/s、(55.26±4.67)cm/s及(0.86±0.04),观察组的Vmax、Vmean及PI分别为(90.72±5.93)cm/s、(59.98±5.32)cm/s及(0.78±0.03)。治疗后1、2周观察组右侧大脑中动脉血流动力学指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液可显著地改善脑梗死患者的脑血流动力学状态,在脑梗死患者治疗中的应用价值较高。
Objective To observe influencing effect by Shuxuetong injection on cerebral hemodynamics incerebral infarction patients.Methods A total of60patients with cerebral infarction were divided by random numbertable into control group and observation group,with30cases in each group.The control group received conventionaltherapy,and the observation group received additional Shuxuetong injection to therapy in the control group.Comparisonwas made on bilateral cerebral hemodynamics indexes between the two groups at different time points before and aftertreatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference of bilateral cerebral hemodynamicsindexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After1week of treatment,the control group had left cerebral hemodynamicspeak systolic velocity(Vmax),mean velocity(Vmean)and resistance index(RI)respectively as(80.15±5.45)cm/s,(53.13±4.54)cm/s and(0.91±0.03),and the observation group had Vmax,Vmean and PI respectively as(85.34±5.73)cm/s,(57.72±4.99)cm/s and(0.82±0.02).After2weeks of treatment,the control group hadleft cerebral hemodynamics Vmax,Vmean and PI respectively as(83.72±5.43)cm/s,(55.62±4.68)cm/sand(0.89±0.03),and the observation group had Vmax,Vmean and PI respectively as(89.94±6.10)cm/s,(60.73±5.18)cm/s and(0.78±0.02).The observation group had all better left cerebral hemodynamics indexesthan the control group after1week and2weeks of treatment(P<0.05).After1week of treatment,the control grouphad right cerebral hemodynamics Vmax,Vmean and PI respectively as(82.24±5.46)cm/s,(53.43±4.42)cm/s and(0.90±0.05),and the observation group had Vmax,Vmean and PI respectively as(86.76±5.78)cm/s,(57.84±4.80)cm/s and(0.80±0.04).After2weeks of treatment,the control group had right cerebralhemodynamics Vmax,Vmean and PI respectively as(84.78±5.66)cm/s,(55.26±4.67)cm/s and(0.86±0.04),and the observation group had Vmax,Vmean and PI respectively as(90.72±5.93)cm/s,(59.98±5.32)cm/s and(0.78±0.03).The observation group had all better right cerebral hemodynamics indexes than the control groupafter1week and2weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuxuetong injection can remarkably improvecerebral hemodynamics condition in patients with cerebral infarction,and it contains high value for application intreating cerebral infarction patients.
