摘要
目的探讨赛肤润联合减压固定预防新生儿经鼻持续气道正压通气(NCPAP)鼻部压疮的临床疗效。方法 60例行经鼻持续气道正压通气患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组予以透明敷料联合减压固定方法进行护理干预,观察组使用赛肤润联合减压固定方法进行护理干预。比较两组患儿治疗期间鼻部压疮发生情况。结果对照组患儿发生压疮Ⅰ度4例、Ⅱ度2例、Ⅲ度0例、Ⅳ度0例,压疮发生率为20.0%;观察组患儿发生压疮Ⅰ度1例、Ⅱ度0例、Ⅲ度0例、Ⅳ度0例,压疮发生率为3.33%;观察组患儿压疮发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.04,P<0.05)。结论赛肤润联合减压固定方法护理干预预防新生儿经鼻持续气道正压通气鼻部压疮临床疗效较好,可有效缓解患儿鼻部压疮发生率。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Sanyrene combined with decompressionfixationin prevention of neonatal nasal continuous positive airway pressure(NCPAP)induced nasal pressure sores.Methods A total of60nasal continuous positive airway pressure newborns as study subjects were randomlydivided into control group and observation group,with30cases in each group.The control group receivedtransparent dressing combined with decompression-fixation for nursing intervention,and the observation groupreceived Sanyrene combined with decompression-fixation for nursing intervention.Occurrence of nasal pressuresores was compared during treatment in two groups.Results The control group had4cases withⅠdegree of pressuresores,2cases withⅡdegree of pressure sores,0case withⅢdegree of pressure sores and0case withⅣdegreeof pressure sores,with incidence of pressure sores as20.0%,which were1,0,0,0and3.33%in the observationgroup.The observation group had lower incidence of pressure sores than the control group,and the difference hadstatistical significance(χ2=4.04,P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Sanyrene and decompression-fixationshows good clinical curative effect in prevention of neonatal nasal continuous positive airway pressure inducednasal pressure sores,and it can effectively relieve incidence of nasal pressure sores.
