摘要
研究通过文献资料法、实验比较、数理统计等方法,对软梯训练在7~9岁小学生体育运动中的实验进行研究。结果表明:(1)软梯训练对不同体育项目的灵敏素质训练具有良好的促进作用。(2)软梯训练能够提高学生转变方向能力、转换动作能力、协调性三大能力,尤其是协调性的提升。(3)软梯训练与传统训练相比,训练方法更加新颖、独特、紧凑、多样,对学生更具吸引力,其训练效果更好。
Using methods such as literature,experimental comparison and mathematical statistics,research on experimental in ladder training at the age of7~9students.The results showed that:(1)ladder training on different sports in promoting agility training.(2)ladder training can improve students'ability to change direction,movement coordination ability and coordination,especially the coordination of promotion.(3)ladder training compared with the traditional training methods,training will be novel,unique,compact,diverse,attractive and training is better.
