摘要
目前,遵义师范学院正在进行转型,增加了很多非师范类的专业,为调查传统专业和新增专业学生对自己的专业认同感及就业心理状态情况,笔者自编了大学生专业认同感问卷和就业心理调查问卷,在遵义师范学院随机抽调了1200名有效被试进行调查,结果发现:1.传统专业比起新增专业的学生专业认同感更高,就业方向更为明确;2.传统专业与新增专业在毕业趋向、择业取向、就业观上都有不同。笔者对遵义师范学院新增专业学生在专业认同感和就业心态调控上提出部分建议和意见。
At present,Zunyi Normal College is in a state of transformation,bringing about many new majors.The writer of this paper makes questionnaires for major identity and job psychology of undergraduates;1200students were selected at randomto be tested,and the findings are as follows:first,fresh majors gains more identity than traditional ones;second,there exist many differences between fresh majors and traditional ones in terms of graduation orientation,job choice,and employment.And the writer of this paper propounds certain advice or suggestions as to the major identity and the attitude towards job.
