摘要
根据刘灿康主任治疗老年眩晕症的临床病例以及对该病病因、病机的观点,总结出该病总属脏腑功能受损,由气血阴阳失调所致,常见正气亏虚,尤以肾精不足、肝肾阴虚、气血亏虚为主,病理因素为肝风、肝火、痰浊、血瘀上扰清空,头窍被扰而发病。以扶正固本为基本治则,刘老临证时立足虚证为本,明辨气血阴阳;着眼邪实为标,明察风火痰瘀的经验。
According to clinical cases,etiology and pathogenesis,senile vertigo resulted from damage to function of viscera andimbalance of Qixue and Yinyang.Zhengqi Kuixu,Shenjing Buzu,Ganshen Yinxu and Qixue Kuixu can be found.So Professor Liu treatedthe disease from the perspective of Fuzheng Guben.And the experience was reported as followed.
