摘要
目的:观察化瘀通络汤治疗紧张型头痛的临床疗效。方法:选取60例患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组采用西药口服治疗,治疗组采用口服化瘀通络方治疗,疗程为4周。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为76.67%,治疗组头痛指数为(5.36±4.08),对照组为(8.57±6.72),治疗组中医症状总积分为(5.43±2.76),对照组中医症状总积分为(9.13±2.35),P<0.05,差异显著。结论:化瘀通络汤治疗慢性紧张型头痛有较好的疗效。
Objective:To observe effects of the Huayu Tongluo decoction on chronic tension-type headache.Methods:60patientswere randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The control group was given oral western medicine.The treatmentgroup was treated with the Huayu Tongluo decoction.Results:The total efficiency was93.33%in the treatment group and76.67%in thecontrol group.The headache index was(5.36±4.08)in the treatment group and(8.57±0.058)in the control group.The total score ofTCM symptoms was(5.43±2.76)in the treatment group and(9.13±2.35)in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The effect of HuayuTongluo decoction on chronic tension headache was better.
