摘要
为确保海上石油固定平台模块钻机安装经济、方便、安全、可靠,结合海洋工程通常的操作方法及规范要求,提出黄岩1-1/黄岩2-2海上石油固定平台HZJ70DB型海洋模块钻机的模块划分方案,设计其装船、拖航与海上吊装方案,并运用有限元法,对海洋模块钻机安装过程进行基本计算与分析,计算结果满足规范要求,为海洋模块钻机现场安装与优化提供了指导。
In order to meets for the following hook up requirements of the offshore modular rig on the fixed platform,such as economy,convenience,security,reliability,this paper combined with the traditional operation method andcode at the present,designed the shipping,towing,and lifting scheme for the HZJ70DB offshore drilling rig on thefixed platform HY1-1/HY2-2.Using the FEA to the hook up of the offshore drilling rig,the analysis result meets forthe code requirement,and ensured the design reliability.
