摘要
随着我国石油对外依存度和加工进口高硫原油的激增,高硫石油焦总量将越来越大,加之环保法规的日益严格,解决高硫石油焦的出路问题已提上日程。本文从源头控制前处理、过程控制、终端后处理、拓展应用途径等方面涵盖整个石油焦全过程链条的角度综合考虑,简述了目前石油焦的形势,详细介绍了有针对性的措施和方法,通过对现有手段各自的优缺点和适用范围的分析,提出了解决高硫石油焦出路的建议。针对高硫石油焦的出路问题,需设置近期规划与远期规划统筹安排。近期规划需要改善和优化生产、销售环节,焦化装置掺炼低硫原料、增产高附加值产品等;远期规划要通过增设沸腾床渣油加氢、灵活焦化、石油焦煅烧和气化等新技术、新装置,全面解决高硫石油焦的出路问题。
Solving problems of high sulfur petroleum coke has drawn more attentions due to more andmore imported crude oil with high sulfur and stringent environmental regulations.Source controlbefore processing,process control,terminal post processing,and expanding applications throughout theentire process of petroleum coke chain were discussed in this paper.The current status of petroleumcoke was expounded,and measures and methods to solve the problems were introduced.Theadvantages and disadvantages were analyzed,and solution of high sulfur petroleum coke wasproposed.It is necessary to have comprehensive short and long term plans to solve the problem of highsulfur petroleum coke.The short term plan needs to improve and optimize production and sale,blending low sulfur feedstock with coking,increase production of high value-added products.For longterm plan,adding ebullated bed residue hydrocracking,flexible coking,petroleum coke calcination,gasification and other new technologies and equipment are needed to completely solve the problems ofhigh sulfur petroleum coke.
