摘要
[目的 /意义]领军人才是智库的灵魂,加强领军人才的队伍建设对中国特色新型智库建设的意义重大。[方法 /过程]文章通过归纳、总结和分析新型智库建设中领军人才队伍建设中存在的问题,梳理新型智库领军人才队伍建设的经验,提出加强领军人才队伍建设的建议。[结果 /结论 ]文章认为,领军人才的队伍建设应从建立选拔和吸引领军人才的机制入手,加大有利于领军人才队伍建设的激励机制,内部治理,评价机制和投入机制的改革和创新。
[Purpose/significance]The leading talents play an important role in the construction of newtypes of think tanks with Chinese characteristics.[Method/process]The paper analyzed the current problems inattracting the leading talents to the think tank as well as experiences of success and failure in this aspect.[Result/conclusion]The paper suggests that an effective management system should be established in new types of thinktanks to guarantee those leading talents’academic innovation with their teams.
