摘要
知识产权战略在企业提高自主创新水平、增强市场竞争力、规避未知风险等方面愈发重要,专利战略作为知识产权战略的重要组成部分,也受到越来越多的重视。本文主要从技术层面探讨创新设计理论的部分内容在专利战略制定中的应用,利用设计理论辅助企业制定合理有效的专利战略,有助于企业知识产权的保护和核心竞争力的提高。
Intellectual property strategy becomes more and more important on improving independentinnovation capability,strengthening market competitive power and avoiding unknown risk.As an important partof intellectual property strategy,more and more importance has been attached to the patent strategy.This articlemainly explores the application of innovation design theory in patent strategy from the technical level,and helpenterprise to formulate rational and effective patent strategy with design theory,which contributes to protectintellectual property and improve core competitiveness for enterprises.
