摘要
目的探讨和分析综合护理对钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石患者康复的影响。方法 70例采用钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石患者,随机分成研究组和对照组,各35例。对照组患者采用常规护理方法 ,研究组患者采用综合护理方法。比较两组患者一次性碎石成功率、并发症发生率、护理指标和疼痛程度。结果研究组患者一次性碎石成功率为94.29%,明显高于对照组的77.14%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组患者碎石时间、排气时间、下床活动时间、拔管时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后10、20、45 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理能提高钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石患者手术的成功率和术后恢复效果。
Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on therehabilitation of ureteral calculi patients treated with holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods A total of70ureteralcalculi patients treated with holmium laser lithotripsy were randomly divided into research group and controlgroup,with35cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing method,and the researchgroup received comprehensive nursing method.Comparison were made on success rate of disposable gravel,incidence of complication,nursing indicators and pain degree in two groups.Results The research group hadobviously higher success rate of disposable gravel as94.29%than77.14%in the control group,and the differencehad statistical significance(P<0.05).After nursing,the research group had shorter gravel time,exhaust time,offbedactivity time,extubation time and hospital stay time than the control group,and their difference had statisticalsignificance(P<0.05).The research group had lower visual analogue scale(VAS)score in postoperative10,20and45h than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The research group had lowerincidence of postoperative complications than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve success rate and postoperative recovery effect ofureteral calculi patients treated with holmium laser lithotripsy.
