摘要
目的研究穴位埋线治疗肥胖2型糖尿病患者的临床效果,分析穴位埋线对肥胖2型糖尿病患者的影响。方法临床纳入我院2014年5月~2015年10月期间收治的120例肥胖2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为两组各60例。其中60例患者采用糖尿病基础治疗以及饮食控制治疗作为对照组,另60例患者在上述基础上给予穴位埋线治疗作为观察组。观察两组患者治疗前后治疗效果、一般资料以及临床各指标等变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高达96.67%,明显高于对照组的81.67%(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者体重、BMI、腰围、臀围以及腰臀比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组上述指标均明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者FPG、2hPBG、HbAlC、C肽、TC、TG、LDL-C以及HDL-C水平均无差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者TG、LDL-C以及HDL-C水平仍无差异(P>0.05),而观察组FPG、2hPBG、HbAlC、C肽以及TC水平均小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线对肥胖2型糖尿病患者治疗效果较好,明显减轻患者体重,改善血糖及胆固醇水平,值得临床应用及推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of catgut implantation at Acupoint on obesity type2diabetesmellitus,and to analyze the impact of catgut implantation at Acupoint on obesity type2diabetes mellitus.Methods120obese patients with type2diabetes mellitus cured in our hospital from May2014to October2015were selectedas the study object.According to random digital table method,they were divided into two groups with60cases ineach.Patients in control group were treated with diabetic basal treatment and diet control treatment,and patients inobservation group were treated with catgut implantation at Acupoint on the basis of control group.The therapeuticeffect,general data and clinical indexes before and after treatment of the two groups were observed.Results The totaleffective rate of the observation group was96.67%,higher than that of the control group with81.67%,P<0.05.Therewas no significant difference in weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference and waist to hip ratio between thetwo groups before treatment,P>0.05.After treatment,the indexes in the observation group were significantly smallerthan those in the control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,the levels of FPG,2hPBG,HbAlC,C,TC,TG,LDL-Cand HDL-C in the two groups were not different,P>0.05.There was no difference in TG,LDL-C and HDL-C levelsbetween the two groups after treatment,P>0.05.The levels of FPG,2hPBG,HbAlC,C,and TC in the observationgroup were smaller than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding therapy isbetter for obese patients with type2diabetes mellitus.It can obviously reduce the weight of patients,improve theblood sugar and the cholesterol level.It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
