摘要
目的锁定型髓内针治疗肱骨近端两部分骨折的临床疗效。方法本研究对30例患者行锁定型髓内针治疗。术后随访评定患者预后情况。结果平均随访时间15个月,愈合情况良好。无并发症。术后患肢主动前屈上举(145±5)°,主动体侧外旋(46±2)°,主动内旋T(9±1)水平。术后VAS评分(1.4±0.3)。ASES评分为(84.5±1.5),Constant-Murley评分为(88.6±1.8),UCLA评分为(31.1±6.2),SST评分为(8.5±1.0)。结论锁定型髓内针固定术是治疗肱骨近端两部分骨折的一种有效的手术方式。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of locking intramedullary nail in the treatment of proximal humerus fractures.Methods30patients underwent locked intramedullary nailing.Postoperative follow-up assessment of patients with prognosis.Results The average follow-uptime was15months and the healing was good.No complications.(145±5)°,active side of the external rotation(46±2)°,active rotation T(9±1)level.Postoperative VAS score(1.4±0.3).ASA score was(84.5±1.5),Constant-Murley score was(88.6±1.8),UCLA score was(31.1±6.2),SSTscore was(8.5±1.0).Conclusion Locked intramedullary nail fixation is an effective surgical method for the treatment of two parts of the proximalhumerus fracture.
