摘要
目的对6例难治性类风湿血管炎(RV)患者多发皮肤溃疡的护理进行总结,探讨护理对策。方法回顾性分析2012年9月—2016年1月住院的6例RV合并多发皮肤溃疡患者的临床资料。针对该病患者皮肤溃疡的发病特点,对患者进行皮肤溃疡局部处理、用药护理、心理护理和随访干预。结果 6例患者的皮肤溃疡在8~15个月内完全愈合。随访0.5~2年,6例患者均无复发血管炎相关皮肤损害。结论难治性RV多发皮肤溃疡病程长,病情重,容易复发,恰当的溃疡局部处理、用药护理心理护理和随访干预,能促进患者皮肤溃疡愈合,改善预后。
Objective To summarize the nursing management of skin ulcer in six patientswith rheumatoid vasculitis(RV).Methods To retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of6RVpatients with multiple skin ulcer.Nursing interventions on local skin of ulcer,medication,psychologicalcare and follow-up intervention were carried out.Results The skin ulcer in six patientshad healed up between8and15months after treatment.There was no recurrent skin injuryafter0.5to2years follow-up.Conclusion It is required to carry out nursing interventions on localskin of ulcer,medication,psychological care and follow-up for RV patients with multiple skinulcer,in order to promote wound healing and prognosis of disease.
