摘要
目的为了提高医院感染控制的主动能力,提升医疗质量,降低医疗成本,构建院内感染智能评估及自动预警系统。方法利用企业服务总线技术构建临床数据中心,集成医院信息系统(HIS)、检验信息系统(LIS)、电子病历系统、护理系统、重症管理及手麻等多个系统的数据,通过统计方法筛选出有效的感染预警参数,并对预警参数进行权重赋值,构建预警模型,用于对医院感染风险进行预测。结果预警系统能够快速预测院内患者感染发展趋势。系统通过网站首页发布预警结果,同时发送短信息给责任医师。结论该系统可辅助质管部门进行医疗预警决策,以采取更加科学、合理的预防控制措施,降低院内发生大面积感染及引发医疗事故的可能性,从而来提升了医院的医疗质量与安全。
Objective The intelligent evaluation and automatic early warning system was established,in order to improve the ability of hospital infection control,realize the improvement of medical quality,and reduce the hospital infection.Methods Based on clinical data center which using the enterprise service bus technology,the data from several system was integrated including HIS,LIS,EMR,NIMS,IMIS,AIMS and so on.Then we chose infection warning parameters through statistical method,and assigned weight coefficient to every parameters.Finally,the early-warning model was constructed for prediction hospital infection risk.Results This system could predict the development trend of patients with infection.Warning result could be published through the website home page,and the system could also send a short message to the responsible physician.Conclusion The system can assist the quality control department for medical decision-making to adopt more scientific and rational prevention and control measures.It also can reduce the possibility of a large area of infection and medical accidents in hospital,which can improve the medical quality and safety.
