摘要
谷氨酸作为人体非必须氨基酸之一,起到调控机体基本能量代谢作用,同时在机体运动疲劳恢复中也发挥重要作用。谷氨酸促进运动疲劳恢复机制包括:清除运动过程产生的代谢废物及有毒物质、作为能源替代物延缓能量物质耗竭、调控神经递质的释放及其活性。通过研究发现,运动疲劳可对谷氨酸及其蛋白表达产生不同程度影响,对运动能力水平具有显著作用。据此可断,适量补充谷氨酸及其分支结构可作为运动疲劳恢复的有效手段,且具有良好的应用前景。
Glutamate,as one of the non essential amino acids in human body,plays an important role in regulating the basic energy metabolism of the body,and also plays an important role in the recovery of motor fatigue.The mechanism glutamate to promote motor fatigue recovery includes:removal of metabolic waste and toxic substances produced by the movement process,as an alternative energy sources to delay the energy depletion,regulation of neurotransmitter release and its activity.Through the study,it is found that exercise fatigue can affect the expression of glutamic acid and its protein in different degrees,and Glutamate has a significant effect on the level of motor ability.According to the above,the amount of glutamic acid and its branches can be used as an effective method for the recovery of exercise fatigue,and has good application prospects.
