摘要
目的探讨品管圈在消毒供应中心质量管理中的实践和效果。方法选取我院2014年1月~2017年1月消毒供应中心的器材和物品作为研究对象,将消毒供应中心的物品和器材实施品管圈和未实施品管圈进行对比分析,2014年1月~2015年12月为未实施品管圈的时间段名为对照组,2016年1月~2017年1月为实施品管圈的时间段名为观察组。比较两组器材和物品的清洗合格率、消毒合格率和无菌包包装合格率以及消毒供应中心的工作人员的工作积极性和差错率。结果观察组器材和物品的清洗合格率、消毒合格率和无菌包包装合格率均高于对照组器。观察组消毒供应中心的工作人员工作积极性和差错率均高于对照组。实施前后的数据具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论品管圈在消毒供应中心护理质量管理中可以有效提高器材和物品的清洗合格率、消毒合格率和无菌包包装合格率以及对消毒供应中心的工作人员的工作具有促进作用,同时可以提高中心的质量管理,减少差错率,值得在管理中应用和推广。
Objective To study the practice and effect of quality control circle in the center of the disinfectionsupply quality management.Methods The equipment and goods in disinfection supply center of our hospital fromJanuary2014to January2017were selected as the research object.The goods and equipments to implement qualitymanagement circle and not the implementation of quality management disinfection supply center were compared.Theequipment and goods from January2014to December2014for not implementing qc circle time period is selectedas the control group.The equipment and goods from January2016to January2017for the implementation of qualitycontrol circle time period were selected as the observation group.The equipment and materials clean,asepsis packingrate and disinfection qualified rate and the disinfection supply center staff motivation,job skills,team spirit,thedifferences between the quality control management score and error rate and clinical satisfaction evaluation of the twogroups were compared.Results In observation group,the equipment and items qualified rate,asepsis packing rate forcleaning and disinfection qualified rate were higher than those in control group.In observation group,the disinfectionsupply center staff motivation,work skills,team spirit,quality management,grading and clinical satisfaction werehigher than those in control group.In observation group,the error rate was lower than that in control group error rate.the difference before and after the practice and effect of quality control circle was statistical(P<0.05).ConclusionThe quality control circle in the disinfection supply center nursing quality management can effectively improve thequalified rate of equipment and materials clean,sterile packaging efficiency and disinfection and sterilization supplycenter staff motivation,job skills,team spirit and clinical satisfaction.At the same time,it can improve the qualitymanagement of the center,and reduce the error rate.It is wort hy of application and popularization in the management.
