摘要
在解剖市场退返的电动助力车电池的过程中发现,虽然这些故障电池的使用时间不同,但是它们几乎都存在不同程度的正极铅膏泥化现象,实际表现为放电容量不足,续驶里程短。针对市场退回电池,从铅膏的物相组成和微观结构入手,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、金相显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)等分析检测手段,对正极铅膏的泥化做了初步的解析和探讨。
In the process of dissection and analysis of returned lead-acid batteries for E-bikes,itwas found that the service time of these batteries was different,but almost all of their positive pasteexhibited certain softening,and the actual behavior of these batteries in this case was insufficientdischarge capacity and short driving distance.In view of the case with the returned batteries,thesoftening phenomenon was analyzed and discussed from the phase composition and microstructure ofpositive paste by X-ray diffraction,optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy.
