摘要
本文综述了国内近十年来关于全科型小学教师培养依据的相关文献,从现实依据、学理依据及教改依据三方面总结了国内全科型小学教师培养的必要性,在此基础上,尝试厘清各培养依据之间的关系,探讨了今后全科型小学教师培养中应当努力的方向。
The study reviewed the domestic researches on the reasons of cultivating general teachers in primary schools in recent10years,and summarized the reasons of cultivating general teachers in primary schools from three aspects,such as the reality reasons,theoretical reasons and the educational reform reasons.On this basis,it tried to clarify the relationship between these reasons,and discussed the direction of the future we should strive to.
