摘要
目的:探讨醒脑静注射液联合标准大骨瓣开颅术对重型颅脑损伤患者术后清醒时间及并发症发生率的影响。方法:选取三门峡市中心医院73例重型颅脑损伤患者,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组36例予以标准大骨瓣开颅术治疗,观察组37例予以标准大骨瓣开颅术+醒脑静注射液治疗,观察比较两组临床疗效、术后清醒时间及出院时间,并统计两组术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为89.19%(33/37),高于对照组69.44%(25/36),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后清醒及出院时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.41%(2/37),低于对照组25.00%(9/36),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静注射液辅助标准大骨瓣开颅术治疗重型颅脑损伤,效果显著,并发症发生率低,且术后清醒时间及出院时间短。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Xingnaojing injection combined with standard large bone flap craniotomy on postoperative awaketime and incidence of complications in patients with severe traumatic brain injury.Methods:73patients with severe traumatic brain injury inhospital were randomly divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=37).The control group was treated with standard large bone flapcraniotomy,and the observation group was treated with standard large bone flap craniotomy and Xingnaojing injection.Clinical efficacy,postoperativeawake time and discharge time were observed and compared between the two groups,and statistically analyzed postoperative complications.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group89.19%(33/37)was higher than that in the control group(69.44%,25/36),the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05);The postoperative awake and discharge time in the observation group was shorter than the control group,thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group5.41%(2/37)was lower than that in thecontrol group(25.00%,9/36),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingnaojing injection combined with standard largebone flap craniotomy in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury gets a significant effect,the incidence of complications is low,and postoperativeawake time and discharge time is short.
