摘要
本文以文献法查阅了中国学术论文期刊网上的关于信息化环境、教师专业发展相关的文献,归纳总结出了青年教师专业化发展的一些行之有效的建议和措施。本文的创新之处在于基于信息社会的特点,总结传统教师专业发展的弊端,结合自己的实践教学经验进行了教师专业化发展的路径探析。
This paper reviews the relevant literature on the information environment and the professional development of teachers in Chinese academic journals,and sums up some effective suggestionsand measures for the professional development of young teachers.The innovation of this paper lies in that it is based on the characteristics of the information society.It sums up the drawbacks of the traditional professional development of teachers,and analyzes the path of teachers'professional development combined with the writer's own practical teaching practice.
